ERC/SNF Starting Grants

The Department of Chemistry invites applications from candidates intending to apply for ERC and SNF Starting Grants. At the University of Zurich, ERC and SNF Starting Grant recipients have assistant professor status (non-tenure track), and the Department of Chemistry aims to identify candidates to be supported in an interview round. 

Six to eight weeks prior to the call deadline, a link is provided on this page to upload your application, which consists of a cover letter, CV and a 5-page research proposal in a single PDF file. The applications are then reviewed by a committee, which then selects those to be invited for an interview. Candidates are informed about department support 1 month before the deadline.
