Registration
All participants must register by June 30, 2014. Please use the registration form provided below. After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the banking details for making a wire-transfer. Your registration will be considered definitive when both the registration form and registration fee are received. You will then receive a receipt that can be used for reimbursement purposes.
Registration fees include conference fees, hotel accommodation for 4 nights, all meals and taxes:

* PhD students from EPFL will be supported by the EPFL doctoral school by a contribution of 500 CHF each (to a maximum of 25 participants).
The registration fees expenses for PhD students and Postdocs from the Universities of Zürich, Berne, Fribourg, and Neuchâtel will be collected directly from each University at the closing of registration, so no registration fees will be collected from these participants. All participants requesting a single can expect to pay the differences in registration fees between the single and double room costs.
All PhD students and postdocs are encouraged to participate actively in the summer school by presenting their research. Two poster sessions and short oral presentation slots (15 min) will be available.
In principle, all participants are expected to participate actively to the summer school by presenting their research. Please download the abstract template for poster and oral presentations from the this website and send us your abstract for the Book of Abstracts until July 8, 2013 to henningjacob.jessen@uzh.ch. The decision for the oral contributions will be done by the committee based on the abstracts. If you are in the first year of your PhD you have the choice to present a poster. Otherwise a poster contribution is mandatory!!!
