Intrinsic STAbilities of RNA complexes (ISTAR)

Description

The MATLAB script for determination of Intrinsic STAbilities of RNA complexes (ISTAR) calculates the intrinsic affinity constants of M²⁺ ions to specific binding sites in nucleic acids from the NMR chemical shift values.
