I study G-quadruplexes (G4s), unique structures formed by a single guanine-rich strand of RNA. My research focuses on understanding what influences their stability and dynamics, which is important because G4s play a key role in regulating gene expression and other cellular processes. I use NMR and various spectroscopic techniques to study their conformational behaviour.
